We ship our products exclusively within the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Spain, and Italy
Order processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Order cutoff time: 23:00 (GMT+01:00) CEST (Tirane)
Shipping times
Once processed, orders are shipped with a transit time of 7–10 business days (Monday through Friday).
Total estimated delivery time:
8–13 business days (processing + shipping) (Monday through Friday).

We have flat rate that is 5.99 for all orders
Carriers
We work together with Yunexpress to guarantee timely and safe delivery.
Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a track & trace number and instructions to track your package.
Damaged or lost packages
If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the product and its packaging.
Send these photos to our customer service department at support@my-lunara.com within 7 days of delivery.
We cannot offer a replacement without proof of damage .
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us—we will arrange a refund for the damaged products.
Shipping restrictions

We currently only ship within the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Spain, and Italy
- We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses .
Exceptions to delivery
We cannot guarantee delivery times due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as customs delays, natural disasters, or carrier issues.
In such cases, we will immediately inform you of the delay and the expected delivery time .
Taxes
The prices shown on our website include all applicable taxes . There are no additional charges at checkout.
